Tests indicate that WhatsApp Beta should have night mode soon

To continue to reign supreme among virtual messengers, WhatsApp has been gaining more and more resources. One of the most requested by users, the "night mode", even briefly, has already been seen in an earlier update of WhatsApp Beta, which indicates, of course, that soon should reach all holders of the app.

According to WABetaInfo, the WhatsApp beta program will receive an update with the number 2.19.145 and in it, we can have a closer view of a native and definitive night mode. With the addition of this tool, in addition to reducing eye fatigue, it will be possible to increase the battery life of the device, especially those with OLED screens.

Of course the feature is still under development and will only be released when it is in perfect working order. This is because not all sections are working properly with the dark screens. The most latent example is the "Group info" tab, found in group chats, showing all participants and allowing you to invite other contacts.

According to the staff of WABetaInfo, this new night mode of WhatsApp will not be black. The layout of colors will be around a dark gray, much like those found in applications such as Twitter. If it were black, as we see in Messenger, Facebook, perhaps a greater battery savings could be possible.

We'll keep an eye out for more updates and, if the feature goes live , we'll bring you all the information here on Android and Health
